Our servers are RAID-10 (Redundant Array of Independent Disks), which allows us to keep complete copies of every website on fully independent drives. When your site is loaded or updated on our servers it simultaneously makes two copies of all updates on two independent hard drives. Our server automatically chooses one drive or the other to serve your web pages from. If your website should become extremely busy, the server can automatically redirect traffic to the less busy copy of your site or draw from both drives simultaneously to keep things running smoothly. In the rare instance of one drive going down the other automatically takes over without missing a beat. How cool is that, a smart server!
